Returns & Refunds policy

Refund is applicable only when the product is defective.

Time Period

Refund is not applicable for if the consumer buys a service and not uses it.

By becoming our client and accepting the terms and conditions, you certify that you are well aware and cease to file for a refund after purchase.

If the service is not provided to you through e-tutoring/recorded videos within 15 days, a refund is applicable. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Refund possibility is also under the discretion of the Company.

Comprehensive Account History

If you would like to transfer your purchase or submit a refund request, please provide us with the Invoice number, user name, date of purchase, for the particular service. Send the email to mail@marabanu.in.

Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to review your details and process your refund or request, depending on the nature of the inquiry. Our support team will contact you to confirm that your refund/transfer has been processed or to ask for any additional information if needed.

All refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-14 working days for processing your request and for the refund to be credited to your account.
